Upstairs on the first floor are four bedrooms, the first has twin beds which can be put together to create a super-king-size and an en-suite, whilst the second also has the twin/super-king option with an adjacent bathroom. Then there are two more rooms, one with twin beds, and another with one single; up onto the top floor is another bedroom with the twin/super-king option, and a further bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom. Perfectly suited for large and extended families, The Terrace 4 offers plenty of room for all! This wonderful house is located right in the middle of the nautical hub of Rock; walking from the doorstep can lead you to the Rock Sailing Club, St Enodoc Golf Course, or the Camel Ski School. Delicious menus await you at the many local pubs and restaurants, while those seeking retail therapy can find lovely shopping only a stone’s throw away. Teenagers can saunter down to the pontoon and sign up for an exciting banana boat ride while others can relax on the terrace and watch their antics with an indulgent cream tea. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
