A charming semi-detached traditional fisherman's holiday cottage, set in Rock, North Cornwall.

Positioned a stone throw from the Camel estuary, this wonderful property is ideal for groups of friends or a large family.

With reverse level accommodation you will find on the first floor an attractive kitchen with a spacious sitting room boasting specular sea views with a dining area. There are three bedrooms, a first-floor super king and two ground floor twins (one can be changed to super king on request). A bathroom with a separate WC is located on the first floor with a ground floor shower room. On the ground floor is a snug room.

Outside is an appealing sunny terraced garden, enjoy relaxing with a book or a cold drink on the decked terrace with outstanding waterside views.

Set a prime location in Rock, the beach and waterfront are on your doorstep. Why try out one of the many water-based activities there are on offer at the sailing club and Camel ski school

St Enodoc Golf Course are just up the hill, known as one of the Southwest finest links courses.

At low tide take a walk along the beach at Rock alongside the sand dunes all the way around to Daymer Bay popular for the calm clear waters and rock pools, take the circular foot path back passing the pretty church of St Endoc and the golf course.

Head to Wadebridge a 6.6 mile drive formerly a market town, home to three supermarkets, gift shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, a leisure centre with swimming pool and a cinema. The Camel trail can be explored on foot or bicycle, following the old railway line from St Breward to Padstow.

The Cottage would suit a large family or a group of friends after a waterside holiday.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
