Watersports, walking, cycling, fishing, and even trips on local fishermen's boats are available in Padstow, making it a great destination for all visitors. A passenger boat across the river from Padstow to Rock will take you to the beach at Daymer Bay, while the superb surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are perfect for fun with the family in a secure environment. A little distance away in Constantine Bay is also a golf course. The surfing mecca of Polzeath is only around the bend toward Pentire Head, and when the beach is no longer calling, there are several beautiful residences, gardens, and golf courses nearby. Approximately twenty miles separate you from the magnificent Eden Project.
