The ground floor has a garage ideal for storing your sailing and beach equipment, utility room and a shower room perfect to wash off after a day at sea or on the beach. Up the stairs to the first floor is an attractive open plan living area with a smart compact kitchen with dining area and a homely sitting area with sliding doors revealing the stunning views out to the camel estuary. A comfortable twin room with a wash basin is situated to the rear of the first floor. On the second floor are two twin rooms (both can be changed to super king on request) one twin room boasts a small balcony overlooking the slipway for the local sailing club, both sharing a stylish bathroom.

Next door is The Mariners public house owned by Michelin star Paul Ainsworth with superb estuary views.

Located on the waterfront is Rock sailing club and Camel Ski school with an abundance of watersports to offer, whether you are after a gentle cruise around the estuary searching for seals and dolphins or an exhilarating waterski there is something for everyone. Take a gentle stroll to the golden sandy beach of Rock known for its long stretch of golden sand.

Looking across the estuary is the wonderful harbour of Padstow accessible by foot ferry, plenty of art galleries, gift shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Stroll around the picturesque harbour where working fishing boats and pleasure crafts jostle for a spot within the sheltered harbour walls.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
