Landers is a contemporary, reverse level detached holiday home in Rock, North Cornwall, situated perfectly overlooking the tidal waters of the Camel Estuary. With a capacity to sleep nine guests in four remarkable bedrooms making it perfect for family and friends to holiday together. Entering on the ground floor and making your way upstairs to the very large, well laid out open plan kitchen, sitting room with dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and any budding chiefs out there will fall in love with it. Extra room on the glass surround, sun kissed decking enables for great entertainment with the views to match. Having one of the bedrooms with en-suite on the first floor as well as the family bathroom, enables you to venture downstairs to the TV room, with a wide screen television, three other bedrooms and the shower room. For the more relaxing evenings you can venture into the well-manicured sunny garden at the rear of the property. Downtime spent in this area of Rock will give you a true flavour of the best of Cornwall. Being able to catch the ferry to Padstow and enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the camel trail to the sweet Snail’s Pace café in St Breward,or going to explore the rugged and wild Bodmin Moor and climb to the highest point at the top of Brown Willy Tor. Landers is the perfect place to return to whatever you have planned for your day.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
