Comfortable seating faces a Smart TV and DVD player, ideal for winding down once the sand has been shaken from shoes, while the dining area naturally becomes the gathering point for family chats and planning the next outing.

The kitchen is neatly arranged and well stocked with everything needed for feeding a hungry group, whether that’s a quick lunch between beach trips or a relaxed evening meal back at base. Sleeping arrangements are practical and well thought out. A king-size bedroom provides a retreat for adults, complete with its own en-suite WC and basin, while the twin room works well for children or additional guests. A separate shower room with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the caravan, and full central heating and double glazing ensure the space remains welcoming whatever the weather decides to do. This west-facing beach has numerous rock pools to explore along with plenteous swimming opportunities, and is separated from its neighbouring, Booby's Bay, by a thin rocky point. Lying within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this pleasant village offers a couple of beach shops and eateries along with golfing facilities. Nearby Padstow is situated at the head of the Camel Cycle Trail, a chocolate-box town with a colourful fishing port, an assortment of shops and pubs as well as boat trips and abundant walking opportunities.
