On warmer days, light the barbecue and enjoy an alfresco affair, with distant sea views as your backdrop, before returning indoors to complete your nightly routine in either the ground-floor shower room, bathroom, or one of the en-suites. Catch some rest in one of the four well-appointed bedrooms on offer, including two delightful twins, a spacious king-size, and a stunning super-king-size bedroom, complete with lofty ceilings and flooded with natural light through the patio doors; watch the sun set over Trevone from the private balcony with a glass of wine in hand. Trevone is a charming coastal community located close to the busy town of Padstow on the Cornish coast. All the necessities are available for a self-catered stay, with additional amenities located in Padstow. The area is home to a charming farm shop, The Well Parc Hotel serving traditional meals, and a panoramic bay. Trevose Golf & Country Club, Trevose Headland, and the golden terrain of Treyarnon Bay are all close by and among the many attractions in the area. Visit the National Lobster Hatchery aquarium in Padstow, where you may even adopt a hatchling, or go on a Padstow Sealife Safari, which begins at River Camel. Discover Newquay and its array of attractions by travelling south. Here, you can stroll about Trenance Gardens' gorgeous grounds, eat some fish and chips before swimming in Newquay Beach's turquoise seas, or visit Newquay Zoo, an oasis for animal lovers.

Grass not cut until the stay was over. Would expect weekly during growing season. 3. The garden chairs dirty 4. The chairs on the balcony very dirty and unusable. 5. Balcony requires a good clean- spiders webs indicate a lack of attention 6. Spiders webs around downstairs french windows show no outside cleaning carried out 7. The arm chairs in the family area (next to kitchen) collapsed providing no comfort whatsoever 8. Little or no shelf space in shower room adjacent to main bedroom

The house is spacious with plenty of room for all the family. Plenty of hot water and brilliant heating system. The house was well equipped, however I agree with the previous reviews; would have been nice to have a bin bag in the bin. We forgot to bring our own and arrived late so we didnât have chance to get one for the first night. I would expect to provide my own however the first liner in the bin should come with the property. This however did not hinder our stay. We had a fantastic time and would return. Thank you for the fresh flowers and welcome on the chalk board! I would recommend this property.

AMAZING garden, great downstairs living spaces, spectacular master bedroom, super location. The right mix of clean and tidy, but not so much so you felt you could not relax, perfect for us as a family and I would book again in a flash. MINOR points for improvement would be 1) clean and maintain the balcony and furniture, i did not use it due to this. 2) supply a big, non stick frying pan (or 2) , doing breakfast was a battle for 3 hungry teens!
