Benefiting from on-site, off-road parking, touring the delights of the surrounding area is an easy task; unloading your belongings and make your way inside this lovely single-storey abode to begin your memorable staycation. Be welcomed by the spacious open-plan living area, where you'll find a snug seating area gathered in front of a TV, enticing you to kick off your shoes and enjoy a moment of peace with a steaming cup of coffee following a day packed full of adventure. Uncork a bottle of wine and gather together with your loved ones at the dining table whilst the designated chef prepares a range of tasty treats in the well-equipped kitchen, where a handy dishwasher helps keep your space neat and tidy! A scenic journey will bring you into the heart of the small village of St. Merryn, where you'll find all of your local amenities, including a traditional pub, a restaurant and a chippy, whilst The Alps Fishery and the nearby Trevose Golf and Country Club are perfect for keeping entertained. Pack up your bucket and spade and head to the glorious sands of Constantine Bay to soak up the sunshine, or head south along the coast to the livelier Treyarnon Bay, where you can partake in a spot of rock-pooling or paddle the shores as you savour fresh fish and chips. For more seaside adventures, head to the coastal town of Padstow, where you can tour the remarkable Elizabethan architecture of Prideaux Place, a grade I manor house, adopt a hatchling at the National Lobster Hatchery, or embark on a two-wheeled adventure along the scenic Camel Trail. The traditional Cornish village of St Merryn rests within two miles from Padstow's quaint harbour and fishing port, tucked away from the throngs of tourists. Holidaymakers may enjoy two pubs, three restaurants, a chinese takeaway, a chip shop and a Post Office, whilst being close to some of the best surfing beaches and golf courses Cornwall has to offer. Eleven miles away, in the thriving seaside resort town of Newquay, you'll find three major beaches, the National Surf Centre, and an inexhaustible supply of rolling surf.
