Venture out and get some sand between your toes, experiencing one of the many surrounding, beautiful, golden beaches. From the world-famous, surfers paradise, Fistral Beach; to the more peaceful and secluded Lusty Glaze. Watch the tide roll in and out as you enjoy some local seafood, build sandcastles or try some local, homemade ice-cream before you retreat to your very own haven at the end of the day.

Upon entering the property, a small hallway leads you to an open-plan living space which forms the social centre of the property. With sumptuous sofas, a pool table, cosy electric fire and a curved 50” Smart TV with a sound bar, this light and airy space is made for game nights with friends or movie nights with the family snuggled up on the sofa.

Large patio doors open up the living room to a private rear garden, extending your social space on those warm summer days and balmy evenings. Outdoor seating and loungers encourage guests to make the most of al fresco dining and lazing in the sun with a cocktail in hand, or surround yourself with the warming bubbles of the hot tub and relax as the sun sets making way for some star gazing.

On cooler evenings there is a large, open-plan kitchen and dining space where you can whip up a homemade feast whilst the kids shoot some pool or enjoy your complimentary hamper of jam and cream scones. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a double electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. With marble worktops and white cabinetry, this sleek, modern kitchen also offers all the appliances you could need for the duration of your stay, such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a full set of crockery, pots and pans and the all important wine cooler.

A glass-encased staircase leads you upstairs where you will find four good-sized bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

The master bedroom boasts a super-king sized bed with an en-suite shower room. This bright and airy room features an inviting sleigh bed with soft linens and furnishings which you can sink into after a long day on the beach.

The other three bedrooms offer two double beds, one small double and all come complete with ample storage and a Freeview TV to enjoy with a hot coffee on those lazy mornings. A family bathroom is available with a shower over tub and fresh towels to use throughout your stay.

The property is pet-friendly, so you are welcome to bring your four-legged family members but please note there is a pet fee of £35. Travel cots and highchairs are also available for families with little ones free of charge.

There is private parking at the property with space for two cars and additional on road parking if required.
