Across the hall, enter into the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with all you need for memorable family dining and entertaining. There is also a large breakfast bar with stools, ideal for a quick coffee, and an adjoining second sitting room/snug. The fabulous conservatory style dining room with its large table and seating for ten, is ideal for a dinner party or family celebration. At the far end of this room is an additional seating area, ideal for the little ones, with a corner sofa and television. The rear of the house has a generous conservatory complete with rattan chairs and sofas overlooking the garden and hot tub. Leading off the dining room, one step down takes you to the large garage where you can find the table tennis table. The garage also houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra WC, and is an ideal area for storing your surf boards/bikes and for drying wet suits and swimwear.

Also on the ground floor are three of the five bedrooms, all tastefully decorated; whilst upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a Juliet glazed balcony and fabulous views to the sea.

In the rear garden is the studio bedroom, a self-contained annexe, perfect for couples wanting a little more privacy. It has a beach hut theme inside with wooden floors and french doors opening onto the decking. Inside is a king-size bed, a small seating area, tea making facilities and its own en-suite shower room. Next door to the studio bedroom is a relaxing 6-seater hot tub which is situated in a covered garden room with doors that open out onto the decking.
