Shop, 500 yards; coastal walk to excellent restaurant, 800 yards. Golf. Crantock (pretty village with big sandy bay), ½ mile across the Gannel estuary (ferry at high tide).

From the reserved car parking space, access is through the garden and stairs up to the first floor and your own front door. Inside, carefully considered and welcoming. Hall leads into open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with TV/DVD and French windows (safety balcony rails) with super views of the beach and across the bay; two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with en suite shower-room (suite), and one with three singles (truckle); bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Helpful owners offer a pick-up service from airport/station, and will book taxis, restaurants, order flowers etc. by arrangement. Best for maximum of 4. A great place for the Coast Path or to chill out and watch the ever-changing moods of the sea.
