Mawgan Porth is a sheltered cove on the beautiful north Cornish coast between Newquay and Padstow known for its golden sand beach, great surf, and abundance of caves and coastal footpath to explore. Relax in the warm summer sun, master the art of surfing, or take a leisurely stroll along the cliffs while keeping an eye on the waves. The nearby town of Mawgan Porth is filled with excellent dining options, including Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. The adults-only Scarlet Hotel is also located there and offers Spa services to visitors. Tennis courts, a pitch and putt, and an 18-hole golf course with Atlantic views can all be found in Mawgan Porth, along with a deli, a farm shop selling meat and eggs, and a bakery selling bread and pasties made with local ingredients.
