Set across three levels and comfortably sleeping up to four guests, whilst enjoying close proximity to the delights of both the coast and countryside of the sought-after county of Cornwall, Rosemont is the idyllic base for a family holiday in Cornwall. Park up in either of your private off-road parking spaces nestled at the foot of this lovely dwelling before unloading your bags and making your way through the exotic palm trees welcoming you at the entrance of your holiday home and into the porchway to begin your staycation. An open-plan living/dining room greets you upon arrival, home to a snug seating area gathered in front of the warming woodburning stove, providing the perfect setting to unwind in front of the television following a day of adventure. Discover the well-equipped kitchen tucked away at the rear of the property, beautifully-appointed with gloss grey cupboards topped with wooden work surfaces, effortlessly blending contemporary and traditional décor; make use of the range of fantastic facilities to rustle up some tasty treats before choosing to indulge in a romantic meal for two at the breakfast bar or joining your guests at the nearby dining table. In the warmer months, throw open the elegant bi-fold doors and let the fresh countryside air breeze through the holiday home, or venture outdoors for a sociable seat amongst the greenery on your private patio, where you can take in the peaceful setting as you watch the sunset with your favourite tipple. As the evening draws to a close, climb the stairs to the first floor and soak your tired feet with an indulgent dip in the freestanding bath, or jump in the spacious shower enclosure for an invigorating rinse under the rainfall shower head. When sleep calls, you're spoilt for choice between three well-presented bedrooms, with a sumptuous double and an intimate single settled on the first floor. A further single bed is positioned under the sloped ceiling on the second floor. Take a break from doing the cooking and take the short stroll into the heart of the nearby market town of St Columb Major, where you'll find a fantastic selection of eateries to choose from; indulge in a spot of pub grub with a bite to eat at The Coaching Inn, fuel your excursions with a hearty breakfast of baked goods at The Butchers Bakehouse, or pick up a takeaway to enjoy from the comfort of your holiday home. Whilst you're in the area, visit the birds being cared for at the Cornish Birds Of Prey CIC, where you can come face-to-face with owls, hawks and falcons, or venture further afield to Camel Creek Family Theme Park, where you can expect thrills on the Clown Coaster or make a splash aboard Creeky's Water Rush. The seaside resort of Newquay is within easy reach, popular with surf enthusiasts with its glorious golden sands and crystal-clear Atlantic waters; here you can tackle the waves with expert tuition available at Surf Newquay Ltd, or if you'd prefer to stay on land, meet the animals at Newquay Zoo, test your swing with a game at Newquay Golf Club, or embark on a two-footed adventure along the South West Coast Path, where some of the most spectacular views in the country await. Padstow also isn't far and is home to a choice of lovely sights and attractions, such as the National Lobster Hatchery, Padstow Museum, access to the renowned Camel Trail and a ferry terminal which offers trips over to Rock.
