Guests are generally pleased with the apartment's stunning views, proximity to Fistral Beach, and secure parking. The modern decor and well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, as is the balcony. However, some guests noted a lack of comfortable seating for the number of occupants and minor cleaning issues.
Most guests found the apartment to be clean, though there were several mentions of specific areas needing more attention, such as dusty surfaces and unclean windows. The overall impression is positive, but there is room for improvement in thoroughness.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to Fistral Beach, restaurants, and shops, with the added benefit of quietness despite being close to amenities. The views are consistently described as amazing.
The beds are noted to be very comfortable, but several reviews mention a lack of sufficient comfortable seating in the living area for all guests, which impacts the overall comfort level of the apartment.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of secure parking. However, some guests suggested improvements such as additional seating and maintenance issues like shower sealant needing repair.
Guests appreciated the thoughtful touches like the cream tea provided, although there was a mention of out-of-date milk. It's important to note that while such gestures are valued, they may not be consistently guaranteed.

Alan
We are not surfers, but appreciate the position and facilities would be excellent for them. As golfers we appreciated the view of the golf course, and it made us realise there is hope for us yet. Equipment in the apartment is excellent. Couple of minor issues, kettle lid sticks and never quite got to grips with the light switch in the lounge. Overall an excellent apartment and would highly recommend and have no hesitation in returning.
Brenda
It was in the idea location for us with lots of restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. The apartment was very well appointed with everything we required and also gave us fantastic views across Fistral Bay, with beautiful sunsets most evenings.
Marie
The location was so close to the beach and had a relaxing feel to it especially after a long day at the beach. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
