Sleeping four, there are two double bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bathtub. Notoriously busy during the school holidays and summer months, Newquay’s parking can be scarce however this apartment provides its own allocated parking space with additional parking to be found in the nearby Mount Wise car park.

Being just a short walk from Great Western and Fistral beaches means spending time sunning yourself on sprawling sands or surfing the Atlantic, are firmly on the agenda; and guests who want to take to the waves will be able to use the apartments surfboard during their stay. Newquay’s restaurants and shopping are nearby too, as are the neighbouring villages of Watergate Bay and Porth, making this holiday home a perfectly positioned base from which to explore the coast.

Spacious paved terrace/ balcony with sea glimpses, glass balustrade and a picnic bench. Please note that while this space is designated for the sole use of guests staying at Little Retreat, it isn't enclosed so does flow into the communal area as well

Parking

One allocated parking space to the front of the building. Please note that a permit for the space must be displayed at all times and should be placed in your vehicle as soon as you arrive at the property. It can be found on the kitchen table.
