Open plan with the dining room, the modern Rotpunkt kitchen features sleek silestone worktops and a large breakfast bar with barstools. A Mercury five burner dual fuel range takes centre stage and a range of integrated appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and an American style fridge / freezer with water dispenser. The range of smaller appliances includes a blender, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The house offers a good selection of cookware, dishes, crockery, utensils and glassware


The separate utility houses a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a second gas range cooker and separate split level electric double oven and grill

There is also private access to the waterfront and use of the property's kayaks and paddle boards.


Car parking for three cars on the private driveway with additional road parking available to the front of the house. This will be on a first come first served basis
