Private access from the bottom of the property's garden means guests can meander down to the river bank where they can wade in the shallows or paddle a surfboard across the water to Crantock Beach which is just a short walk away.

A paved terrace at the bottom of the garden has a summer house which enjoys fantastic river views and is an ideal spot for barbecues, parties and evening drinks. There is also private access to the waterfront and use of the property's kayaks and paddle boards.
