The harbour and town centre of Newquay are within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Please be aware until 31st December 2023, there will be work carried out to repair the balconies at Brendon Court. Tthere will be scaffolding up around the balcony and the balcony cannot be used for safety reasons.

This was our seventh year staying in the apartment, which should be a good recommendation. As before the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Always cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Close to the town centre and beaches. We all had a fantastic time. The apartment is already booked for next year.

Perfect location for enjoying the amazing Fistral beach and the rest of Newquay on foot. And great to be able to explore the nearby towns and beaches. A little tricky managing parking of a 2nd car. The accommodation itself is immaculate with great views.
