Situated on the ground floor this lovely room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and has sash windows and a decorative fireplace nook. The room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa provides seating for five and a flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, a music system and bluetooth speaker.

Kitchen

Located on the ground floor, the contemporary kitchen is open plan with the lounge and incorporates the dining area. It features timber work surfaces and a Belfast ceramic sink with a range of large and small appliances including a gas hob, electric fan-assisted oven, an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a cafetiere, iron and ironing board, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kettle and microwave.

Dining Area

Incorporated within the kitchen, the area features a Scandi-style dining table with seating for five guests.

Bathroom

Located upstairs on the first floor the family bathroom features a bath with mixer tap and waterfall overhead shower, a wall hung wash hand basin with mixer tap and WC.

Master Bedroom

Located on the first floor. Wooden sash windows, original wooden floors and exposed stone make this room a beautiful place to retreat to after a busy day out. Furnished with a king size bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables, a mirror, a freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers the room is full of character with deep window reveals and quirky book nooks.

Bedroom Two

Also located on the first floor, this room features a comfortable double bed with side tables and lamps as well as a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. A wooden sash window and original wooden floors make the space cosy and inviting.

Outside

A suntrap cobbled patio is enclosed by a traditional Cornish whitewashed wall with festoon lighting and is furnished with a bench for relaxing on. The garden continues through to the side with a raised lawn area with a beautiful mature blossom tree. The garden follows around the rear of the property with a timber deck and patio area with a picnic bench. The area is completed with a traditionally built surfboard store.

Centrally located in Newquay, there are several short and long stay public car parks nearby, with the train station being just a fifteen minute walk from the property.
