The garden continues through to the side with a raised lawn area with a beautiful mature blossom tree. The garden follows around the rear of the property with a timber deck and patio area with a picnic bench. The area is completed with a traditionally built surfboard store.
Centrally located in Newquay, there are several short and long stay public car parks nearby, with the train station being just a fifteen minute walk from the property.
