Terrible, definitely wouldnt go back. The only plus point was its location. Although there was lots of empty rooms with a balcony sea view, we were stuck at the back of the hotel in room 10 overlooking the forecourt and laundry. The site is completely non smoking but our room stunk of cigarettes. Didnt get an email to tell us where to pick our keys up, I had to phone several times before finally getting through to someone on the morning of our arrival. No staff on site to speak to. The apartment needed completely updating, the beds were really uncomfortable, we slept in the single beds on the second night because the mattres on the double bed was terrible.

The accommodation was great for our needs, it had everything we needed for a five night break. Being 200yards from the beach was a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed walking along the clifts to see both sun rise and sunset. We were very close to Newquay which was like a five minute drive.
