Enter the property and find an open-plan living room, with lovely wooden flooring and an eye-catching feature wall with a painted mural by a local artist, in front of the sitting area, which comprises a plush sofa and matching armchair, with a TV and coffee table housing a selection of books to keep you entertained. The kitchen has sleek wooden cupboard and integrated appliances, so everything is neatly hidden away and there is plenty of space to prepare meals that can be enjoyed at the dining table. The property has three large double bedrooms, with a subtle nautical theme, as well as ample storage space, while one bedroom has a stunning bay window and one has the benefit of an en-suite shower room. The stylish white-tiled bathroom suite has a shower over bath, so you can choose if you want a quick shower or long relaxing soak to start each day. The living room has a sliding door that opens up onto a small private balcony with seating, where you can enjoy the sea views with a morning coffee. The centre of Newquay is just over a mile away, with a host of shops, bars and restuarants to choose from, as well as several wonderful beaches, the closest of which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Newquay is the home of UK surfing, with fantastic surfing conditions at its three beaches and a National Surf Centre, as well as a host of other watersports you can get involved in; head to picturesque Fistral Beach, backed by sand dunes and rugged cliffs, Great Western Beach, which has lifeguards on duty and is close to a few great restaurant, or Newquay Beach, a lovely, child-friendly, sandy expanse. You are also in easy reach of a host of attractions and fun days out, including Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Newquay Golf Club, Trenance Gardens and Newquay Harbour, where you can hop on a boat and try and spot some dolphins. Walkers can enjoy easy access to the incredible South West Coast Path, which will take you down the coast, past St Agnes and Godrevy Heritage Coast towards St Ives, ofering capitavting coastal views along the way. Stop off in the town of Perranporth, with its golden sandy beach, with rock pools for children to play in and opportunities for watersports, as well as a surf school if you want to brush up on your skills, a picturesque boating lake, a golf club and access to Healey's Cyder Farm, a traditional cider farm that has tours and offers sampling. A short distance north will bring you to Padstow, a quaint harbour and fishing village on the River Camel, while St Austell, the renowned Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are each within a 45-minute drive. Bathsheba is well-placed for discovering the fantastic beaches of Newquay.

Home of the UK’s surf scene, Newquay boasts three major beaches, the National Surf Centre. The town has a zoo, SEA life Centre and a selection of restaurants and pubs. Avid walkers can join the South West Coast Path, which passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 30 minutes.
