I would highly recommend this spot if you don’t want to have to drive to places all week as you are central to Fistral beach and the Harbour at your doorstep. The apartment is well equipped and the beds are very comfy! The settee isn’t the comfiest but we only spent time in to sleep, so not an issue for us! Great to have your own parking space within the Carpark, so no issues on the days we did venture out. Would highly recommend the food at The Boathouse and drinks at The Fort as the views from the beer garden are amazing.

Perfect position and easy access to town, harbour and beach. Beautiful view from the living area but spoilt at times by inconsiderate parking even though double yellow lines on the road.The apartment itself is small and four adults may find it a bit tight.The sofa is not comfortable and very hard and needs changing The chair us too big for the space although comfortable. Neither is as shown in photos! Overall the apartment is well equipped and very clean.Parking is also a big thumbs up

A lovely location, handy both for town and a short walk to Fistral. To be able to swim in the harbour within a couple of minutes from the door was a big plus
