The flat is practical for a couple. There is no WiFi so be aware of that - it doesn’t really bother me. It wasn’t quite as clean as it was the last time but we always bring stuff to wipe surfaces, etc. You will need to bring everything you need e.g. hand soap, toilet roll, washing up liquid, cloths, etc. The mattress isn’t luxurious but we slept ok on it. It could probably do with replacing in the near future. There are lots of pros to the flat. It is close to the beach, you get a parking space and it’s easy to walk in to town (approx 15 minute walk). There is a Tesco express practically next door so handy if you need anything. I would recommend staying here. It’s much more reasonably priced than lots of the accommodation but it is also pretty basic. You get what you pay for!

It had everything we needed but the frying pan could really do with replacing(we actually bought one) We would definitely stay there again it’s a perfect location near to all the beaches and shops .I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in beautiful Newquay.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable and in a nice area not far from Tolcarne beach. It’s also handy for a cliff walk across to Porth beach. We will definitely stay again. The only slightly negative was that the kitchen was missing a few things eg egg cups, baking trays, microwave dishes but these are only small things and we had a lovely week and the sun shone every day!
