This ground floor holiday apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Studio (TAS), is spacious and offers amazing sea views. Enjoy watching boats go by and kite surfers and paddle boarders from the award-winning garden or take the 3-4-minute walk to the long sandy beach some 200 yards. Marazion has restaurants, pubs, art galleries and pasty shop; a cream tea can be enjoyed from the hotel overlooking the superb castle on the Mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance or Newlyn with art gallery, fresh fish shop.
All major Supermarkets are to be found within 2 miles of Polgew. The mainline Rail Station is some 3 miles away and transport to and from the station can be arranged by your hosts. The bus stop for services running to Helston to the southeast and westerly to Penzance and the very popular open top bus that tours the Peninsula lies within 150 meters of the Apartment. Shops 300 yards, pub ¼ mile.

The owner will provide transport for any customer wishing to travel by train or coach, to and from the train/coach station by prior arrangement.

Superb position overlooking the whole of Mounts Bay. Hosts made us really feel like welcome guests. Apartment well presented, decorated and furnished.Garden was absolutely beautiful with stunning planting making it a pleasure to sit outside on the comfortable garden furniture admiring the view.

We had a really lovely holiday. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the delicious loaf of bread and the cream tea. Views from the front window were great. Very good bus service with a stop about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Easy to recommend this lovely apartment. The fresh bread made by the owner Diane, and the cream tea welcome pack were a really nice surprise. Graham and Diane have created a lovely apartment and were really welcoming. The apartment is clean, well located, and has everything you need for a lovely holiday in Cornwall. The local village of Marazion is only a ten minute walk away and has some nice shops, good pub/restaurant, the famous Philips pasty bakery, and of course the concourse to St Michael’s Mount. Several supermarkets are within ten minutes drive. The outdoor seating area of the apartment and view out over the bay is really beautiful. Highly recommended.
