Ner Sea cottage in Marazion is highly praised for its cleanliness, stunning sea views, and proximity to local attractions. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and the added bonus of a parking space. The cosy atmosphere, especially with the log burner, is frequently mentioned, making it a recommended retreat for relaxation and exploring Cornwall.
Guests consistently note the cottage as spotlessly clean, with several reviews highlighting the high standard of cleanliness. One mention of mould in the coffee pot and on a shower seal suggests minor attention may be needed, but overall, the property is maintained to a very clean standard.
The location is celebrated for its beautiful views of St Michael's Mount and easy access to local amenities and attractions. The convenience of the nearby bus service is also appreciated. However, some guests find the parking space challenging, which slightly impacts the score.
The cottage is frequently described as comfortable, cosy, and well-decorated, with a relaxing bedroom and bathroom. Some guests suggest that a larger bed and more comfortable seating could enhance the comfort further.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of a log burner. However, there are comments about the need for garden maintenance, better lighting, and a more efficient shower. The parking space is also noted as narrow, affecting the score.
Many guests mention a welcome tray and gifts such as wine, milk, and biscuits, which are greatly appreciated. While these gestures are warmly received, it is important to note that such gifts are a courtesy and not guaranteed with every stay.

Highly recommended.

Space also had overgrown grass and roof tiles, wood etc laying around - not a welcoming start to any holiday. Unpleasant smell of damp on ground level. Free view does not work on the tv. Could not use shower as temperature control did not appear to work - either cold or too hot. Positives - great location for visiting this region of Cornwall. Bottle of wine, milk and cookies was a welcome touch. Upper floors are nice with great views.
