Welcome to Spindrift. Situated above the Ferryboat Inn, this beautiful property has undergone major remodelling - once a two-bedroom apartment, dressed in a traditional style, Spindrift now has three double bedrooms, each with its own designated bathroom, and has emerged as a stylish, contemporary residence decorated throughout in crisp white, with modern artwork adding depth and colour and stunning views of the Helford River. You'll love the large, tiled terrace with patio table and chairs, making this an idyllic spot for basking in the sunshine and watching the boats glide past.

Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path.  There’s plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or if you want to get you in it there’s the child safe heated outdoor swimming pool.  The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Maurier’s Frenchman’s Creek.  Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to the Historic Falmouth, rugged Land’s End or the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

Please note: there is a small wall and then railings on the balcony edge, therefore we don't recommend this property for anyone with toddlers unless they are under strict adult supervision at all times.

Fourteen steps down to entrance. Corridor to light and airy living room with full width patio doors, 3 seat sofa and two armchairs, TV with Freesat. Dining table and seating for 8. Modern, stylish kitchen with marble worktops and island unit and fitted with integrated oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility area off corridor with storage space and washer dryer. Master bedroom 1 accessed from living area via glass sliding doors with 6ft double bed and en suite with walk in shower, hand basin, automatic WC and heated towel rail. Bedrooms 2 and 3 with two 3ft link beds and en suite with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Full width terrace with views of the river, furnished with garden table, chairs and sun loungers.

Parking

Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the non-residents' car park, just a stroll up the hill, for which charges apply.
