This property is dog friendly and has a little enclosed front and rear garden plus a sun trap conservatory.  There are miles of country walks on its door step, including the stately home 'Mount Edgcumbe' with its fabulous grounds and country park and the coastal paths which leads to dazzling beaches and pretty villages.  A lovely location to either stay-put and relax, or explore this region by road or on foot, always passing the delightful 'Edgcumbe Arms' gastro pub right on the water front.  The other thrill is that you are minutes away from the Cremyll foot Ferry,  where you can take trips to Rame Peninsula visiting Cawsands beach and village or across to Plymouth and all it has to offer.  A little tranquil gem.

Accepts one small to medium well behaved dog, no puppies under 1 year old, at an additional cost of £30 per week.

The property is tucked away 200m from the local 'Edgcumbe Arms' public house and restaurant, also the stunning Mount Edgcumbe stately home with wonderful gardens and parkland, where you can walk and enjoy the landscape and watch the exciting estuary with a wide variety of small boats to very large ships, plus you can book a table in the magnificent Orangery where you can happily dine.  Weddings take place at Mount Edgcumbe so the property is ideal for guests needing accomodation.

The foot ferry is also only 200m away, where nipping across to the exciting 'Royal William Yard', to dine and have fun, or further along to the Barbican centre in Plymouth, so much to do in this location.

The coastal path that leads you around the headland to Kingsands and Cawsands is a treat and only 3.5 miles, passing Picklecombe Fort on the way.

Master bedroom: 4ft 6in double bed, bedside tables and lamps. Wardrobe.  

Single bed Room: 3ft beds with open clothes rail and shelving.

Family Shower room:  Large walk in shower with electric shower, WC, wash hand basin and towel rail.

Included; Bed linen and towels are provided (but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels), WiFi, electricity and electric night storage heating.

Pets; One well behaved pets accepted. at an additional cost of £30per pet per week.
