Lovely to meet Natalie and Simon who were very welcoming and informative. A cream tea left for us on arrival was just perfect. A great base for the many walks in the beautiful countryside. The potting shed offered the easy purchase of logs and kindling and beautiful gift ideas. The property is well designed with attention to detail and is highly recommended.

The owners notified us that they would be away during our stay and we experienced no problems. A bonus for us was gaining access at 11am on the first day of stay, this meant we could leave home at 4.30am to get to Wheel Cottage. The location is fantastic along a mile long no through road, this suited us. Wheel Cottage is a beautiful conversion of a farm building and we loved it. The furnishings and furniture are all of top quality. We loved it. We have visited this area many times however over the past 10 years have favoured the north of the county, so it was great to reconnect with the south. A couple of highlights would be the ferry to Fowey and The Duchy Nursery and Cafe at Lostwithiel is a must. Enjoy
