Glenlea is a brilliant 1 bed apartment situated in a great spot in Looe.

This well-designed apartment is ideal for couples wishing to get away from it all, yet within easy reach of Looe's many attractions and just 10 minutes from the beach. Quietly set on the west side of Looe, Glen Lea is close to the river and many woodland walks and around 5 minutes from the working fishing harbour from where visitors can book a coastal cruise or glass bottom boat trip. There are many beautiful coastal walks to be enjoyed from Looe as the coastal path extends for miles in each direction offering innumerable beaches, rocky coves, and inlets to explore. In West Looe you will find Hannafore Seafront, ideal for rock pooling, a beach barbecue or perhaps a delicious cream tea. Across the river in East Looe things are a little livelier with many shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. Looe is a great base to discover much of Cornwall fairly quickly and easily. The Eden Project is about 40 minutes' drive and the city of Plymouth the same in the other direction. The charming Cornish city of Truro is around 1 hour 15 minutes away by car. Glen Lea 2 is a charmingly-decorated one bed apartment overlooking the Polperro Road and a conveniently short distance from the main bridge in Looe. Much care and consideration has been given to guests' comfort and the property is fresh and light throughout. 20 steps lead down to the front door, and the apartment is laid out on one level once inside. The airy lounge/diner has a coastal theme and there is a modern fully-fitted kitchen. A good size hallway leads to a king size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Outside there is a small seating area to the rear of the property.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge/diner with TV/DVD, electric -effect fire, dining table and seating for 2. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave. Bedroom 1 with King, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric panel heaters and storage heaters throughout. Electric coal-effect fire. No smoking. Regret no pets. Garden seats. Allocated parking outside the property. Short breaks available out of season. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

    The property was clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable. It's in a quiet area and was very relaxing with a lovely little patio area outside.
