Dairymaid's Cottage at Tremaine Manor is one of a pair of semi detached stone cottages, perfect for a family with one child. Tucked at the end of a row, with a patio to the front and lawn garden to the side over looking the croquet lawn. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast .

The Dairymaid tended to the milking of the cows in days gone by and would retire to her quarters after long days on the farm. Now lovingly converted this quaint cottage offers you a really cosy sitting room with original beams, open fire and comfy leather sofa, single armchair and coffee table. The bright sunny kitchen has mint green painted cupboard doors and refreshing citrus print curtains. There is a electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge freezer and features a large window above the kitchen sink overlooking the croquet lawn behind the cottage. A small dining area with old fashioned pine table and three chairs makes a lovely little area to enjoy your breakfast.

On the first floor you will find bedroom one, which overlooks the lovely front patio garden with a comfortable king-size brass bed, a further small bedroom with a single divan bed ideal for a child or single person and a fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, the front patio style garden enjoys pretty planting and garden furniture including three wooden sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and firepit, to the side is a further lawn garden area with bbq and picnic table.

Within the grounds of the estate there is a convenient shared laundry room for all to make use of with two washing machines and tumble dryers, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. Dairymaids Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site.
