Set on the owners’ site, Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, and has access to a fishing lake (licence required, at cost). Ideally located to visit many gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens, and the Eden Project. There are many historic houses close by including Llanhydrock, Cotehele and Anthony House. Visit the north coast villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow. Horse riding nearby. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles.

Everyone was welcoming. Julie is the font of all knowledge and is happy to answer any questions. The bungalow had everything we needed and was within easy reach of places we wanted to visit. It was very close to Liskeard for shops etc. The only problem was that it rained every day but that didn't stop us going out and having a good time. We will definitely visit again but hopefully with better weather.

Mostly good just lack of hooks and shelf area in the shower and bathroom. Socket in bedroom wasn't easy to get to for hairdryer.Back door step very high.Would like to have been able to buy WiFi when booking.
