Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the Talland Bay property for its cleanliness, serene location with stunning views, and the calming presence of a nearby stream. The accommodation is noted for being well-maintained and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat from busy schedules. The narrow access lanes are mentioned as a minor inconvenience, but the overall experience remains highly positive.

Reviewers consistently highlight the cleanliness of the property upon arrival, indicating a high standard of hygiene and upkeep.

The location is praised for its beauty and tranquillity, with a picturesque stream and proximity to woodlands. The narrow lanes are a noted drawback, but the scenic value and central position for exploring are appreciated.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the calming stream and the enjoyment of the outdoor space. One report of a non-functioning heater suggests a slight deduction.

Facilities are generally well-received, with all necessary amenities available. However, the mention of a charge for WiFi and a broken heater indicates room for improvement.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

For us the location and the cleanliness of our accommodation on our arrival was our first impressions. All the information we required was made available to us. There was plenty to do even in November, the many walks and being central to other points of interest it was ideal for a location to stay. The owners were very helpful and friendly we could not ask for anything else. We both had a very busy year and this was our first opportunity to get away, and it did not disappoint. The view out the back of our accommodation was stunning with a peaceful brook running through it.We both enjoyed our time in Talland Bay.

Just Spent a month there at Tallon Bay. Lovely cozy Bungalow by the River Seaton Stream .Great picturesque and Quiet Location. Great farm shop just a mile and a half away for Breakfasts and Meals 💯 Our only gripe was the Very tight and narrow lanes that lead to it. There are only 3 lanes to get there and they are all very narrow with not many places to pass Be prepared to Reverse up, as there is farm yard traffic using the lanes. The Rosecraddock Manor Grounds is a must to visit. Absolutely Beautiful 💯
