Guests say

Guests have praised the Seaton holiday rental for its immaculate cleanliness, peaceful and ideal location, and well-equipped facilities. The property offers a warm welcome and stunning views, with a stream and fields enhancing the tranquil setting. While most found the accommodation comfortable, there was a mention of a less satisfactory bed. The property's central position allows for easy exploration of local attractions, and the staff are noted for their friendliness.

The property consistently receives high commendations for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning that it is spotless and well-maintained.

The location is described as peaceful and ideal, with beautiful views and proximity to local amenities and attractions. However, one review mentioned narrow and potentially dangerous roads, slightly impacting the score.

While many guests found the accommodation comfortable and the bed satisfactory, there was a complaint about a poor-quality mattress, which affects the overall comfort score.

Facilities are generally praised for being comprehensive and well-maintained, with all mod cons and thoughtful touches like ice in the freezer. However, one review mentioned expensive fishing fees, which suggests room for improvement.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Oh my gosh - just what was needed after a busy few months. This gem of a bungalow was well equipped and cosy. Large patio doors at bedroom and lounge, overlooking the stream and fields. We had a resident robin aswell. It was delightful. So very peaceful. I've never slept so peacefully. I can't fault a thing. We were greeted by the lovely Julie and the place was immaculate. Liskeard is a short drive away for local amenities and Looe/Polperro just down the road. We brought our food from home so didn't have to worry too much about shopping (as it was New Year many places were shut). We have had such a perfect 5 nights, we will definitely come back again.Thank you to all at the Rosecraddock team 😊

I had a lovely stay over Christmas. The accommodation was clean, well equipped & conveniently located for getting out & about in Cornwall. The location is ideal & peaceful with a view of sheep in the field on the other side of the stream located at the back of the property. It may be helpful to know that there are ultra fast electric chargers located on the retail park in nearby Liskeard.
