There is a separate cloakroom upstairs on the first floor with WC, basin and towel rail

The wonderful, fully enclosed garden is accessed via the kitchen / dining room and features a manicured lawn, raised plant beds, a paved terrace with table and chairs, parasol and Meridian 3 gas BBQ
