Having the Christmas tree was a bonus - great post covid addition. Genuinely love the property with the pond just outside the window. Really would request the charger for electric vehicles is fitted for greater convenience as we now own an electric car and would future proof the rental. We will come back but are struggling to find a date as the property is now so well booked - understandably as it is amazing.

The one downer we had was the travel cot as it didn't come with a mattress and ours was the wrong size so we had to go out and get another one otherwise baby would be sleeping unsafely. Also the cot smelt bad and I/my husband thought it was a smoke smell which can put a baby at risk. But we had nowhere else for her to sleep so we had to use it. Another cot was brought to us the next morning which smelt the same. The hottub was maintained every day in the morning - I think chemicals were topped up and the filter cleaned. What I really liked was that the water was completely emptied and refilled between each stay. Also the view was really lovely and Looe and Polperro were both nearby as well as a wildlife sanctuary which our little one loved. One tip I would give is don't run the water anywhere else if someone is taking a shower.

Lovely view and nice that they checked how we were partway through our stay.
