The majority of guests describe the lodge as immaculate, spotless, and maintained to a high standard. Only one review mentions a concern about cleanliness in the shower, but this is an exception among overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Many guests mention thoughtful touches such as cream tea, wine, flowers, and other welcome gifts on arrival. While these gestures are frequently noted, it should be politely stated that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.
