North Beer Cottage is a charming property with its own hand-crafted private hot tub. Converted from an historic barn, it is located just north of Launceston, close to the quiet village of Boyton and within easy reach of all that beautiful North Cornwall has to offer.

This cottage has been lovingly restored by talented craftsmen from the West Country, using local materials to create a stylish, understated meld of rustic and contemporary.

Stepping through the entrance, you are welcomed by a tastefully furnished bright open-plan dining and kitchen complete with underfloor heating. The wood burning stove in the living area is perfect for cosying up on the cooler evenings. The kitchen, finished with black slate flooring, offers double french doors opening up onto the south-facing Mediterranean-style front terrace. Equipped with garden furniture, this is a lovely spot for a morning coffee or a night-time nibble. North Beer Cottage comprises two bedrooms both offering luxurious comfortable king-sized beds each with and their own en-suites.

The star attraction is the hot tub, housed in an historic barn located at the back of the cottage. Just grab yourself a towelling robe on the way out and a glass of fizz and jump in! Beyond the hot tub and cobbled courtyard, through the rose arch, is a lovely, tiered garden where you can sit and enjoy the birdsong, a natural antidote to the stresses of everyday life. By night you can sit back in a lounger and watch the myriad of stars in the dark sky. Both front and rear gardens are completely enclosed so no need to worry about your pets going exploring!

North Beer Cottage is a rural Cornish paradise, surrounded by nature and wildlife, with plenty to see and do. In less than 20-minutes, you can drive to Widemouth Bay on Cornwall's beautiful North Coast. Boscastle and Tintagel, also on the coast, are two villages steeped in folklore and legends well worth a visit. And there are lots of stunning coves for swimming too. Inland, visit Cotehele, Castle Drogo or Lanhydrock, some of the many country houses with magnificent gardens and, of course, lovely tea shops! The famous Eden Project, St Ives and Padstow are a short drive away.
