The closest towns with all the amenities one could ask for are Bodmin and Launceston or venture further afield where the stunning beaches of both the north and south coast are within easy reach. Nearby attractions include The Eden Project Adrenalin Quarry Siblyback Segway adventure Wesley Cottage at nearby Trewint the hidden valley and for the cyclist Cardinham woods and the Camel Trail. Upon arrival enter the cottage into the large entrance porch a perfect place to take morning coffee whilst enjoying the sunrise. From the porch a door leads you into the well-equipped kitchen for all your holiday home cooking requirements. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer washing machine microwave and breakfast bar. There is also a shower room with shower and WC located on the ground floor. A door from the kitchen leads you into the lounge where you can take time to relax after a busy day exploring the area and enjoy your favourite movie on the TV or for those winter evenings relax enjoying the warmth of the wood burner. Stairs from the lounge lead to the king-size bedroom with TV. Heading outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed courtyard garden with furniture and BBQ and to the front a traditional cottage garden with off-road parking two cars.
