A perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall and Devon, you will be less than three miles from the A30 which leads to a wealth of attractions. Explore the north and south coast beaches, the Eden Project, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Or you could visit Plymouth, home of the historic Hoe and Barbican, or Tintagel, steeped in Arthurian myth. The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a ten minute drive away and offers a range of shops and pubs as well as a castle to explore. In the evenings, visit one of the many local inns serving good food. Within a couple of miles are various sites for coarse and river fishing. On entering this beautiful detached barn conversion, you will find yourself in the cosy and inviting open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The charming lounge is ideal for relaxing, with Smart TV and iPod dock.
