Spring Park Farmhouse is a stunning detached farmhouse located on the outskirts of Launceston, Cornwall. A quaint cottage with views across the rolling countryside beyond. Internally, the owners have renovated the property, but have decorated it to a countryside standard with rustic hardwood flooring, which gives the cottage a mass of character. Stepping through the front door, where you can kick off your boots and coats and into the lovely open-plan interior. The spacious sitting room with cosy sofas and a large TV and DVD player. Spend your evening keeping up to date with all your favourite shows and enjoying quality family time. The kitchen area is amply-equipped with everything you will need to set you up for a weekend in the countryside. There is a dining area with seating for up to six people, a wonderful social space for the whole family to dine together. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two king-size and two doubles, with one bedroom housing a bookcase across one wall, stocked full with books to choose from and enjoy while in bed of an evening or early morning. There are two en-suite shower rooms and a family shower room, with modern fixtures and fittings, making it a wonderful and relaxing experience. There is off-road parking available for several cars. Outside has a large lawned garden and patio area with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting out of an evening with a glass of wine. Or enjoy the benefits of the luxurious wood fired hot tub. The local attractions of Launceston include Launceston Castle, a 13th century castle, offering magnificent architectural views, landscaped gardens with a lovely picnic area for families.
