Step through the courtyard and into the hub of the house. The kitchen is a sleek space which is well-equipped for meal times big or small, formal or relaxed. On arrival, make use of the coffee machine and perk up to begin making exciting plans for the days ahead. Once settled, head through to the fabulous open-plan lounge/diner where the corner sofa sits in front of the wood burner - the most inviting spot in the house. For a moment of solitude, hunt out one of the many window seats with beautiful views across the water and beyond or find yourself outside on one of the patio areas (reached by climbing steps) and unwind in the fresh air. - Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village including amenities, ferries, pubs and cottages can be challenging. Please contact us if you have specific requirements

- One of the joys of Polruan are the narrow winding streets that are safe for adults and children alike, this means most properties in Polruan do not have private parking. A benefit of this property is that it is just a 2 minute walk from the main pay and display car park.
