This property is ideally located at the top of the village of Polruan with its breath taking coastline. The Quay is a downhill walk from the property and boasts a village shop, café/ bakery 2 tidal beaches and 2 local village pub. From here you can take the passenger ferry across to Fowey and explore the seaside town with its wider range of restaurants and shops. For the walkers amongst you venture to the coastal path that leads to Lantic Bay, Polperro or Bodinnick. A little further afield is the village of Mevagissey which you can travel to by ferry. There are also a range of local attractions, which can provide fun for the whole family including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Hangloose Adventures and the historical village of Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark. Stepping inside to the stylish hallway you will find space to hang your coats and leave your boots under the stairs, just off the hallway is a separate WC. Access to the village is via are many small winding county roads.. 15 20 min steady walk done the hill to the harbour. 2 hourly bus up and down the hill (not running on weekends or bank holidays).
