The property's location is highly regarded for its quietness and convenience for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to both north and south coasts.

The cottage is praised for its homely feel and comfortable furnishings. However, a few guests mentioned that the mattresses could be improved, which slightly affects the score.

Best we have stayed in ever. Beautifully clean no smells of dogs what so ever. Brought both of our dogs who loved the massive enclosed garden. Loved the extras from the bath bombs to the little things like razors, toothbrushes, shaving gel, face wipes, soap, bubble bath, etc etc etc. all the things you might have forgotten. Bed lovely and comfortable. Lots of throws so your dogs can get on the sofas like they always do even though we always take our own. Could not have asked for more. Yes it is more expensive than others but you get what you pay for and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Maureen couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming. The only things that weren’t absolutely perfect were the area round the hot tub, which needed jet washing, and the abundance of doggie toys, throws on the furniture and dog bowls etc which I felt could have been removed when dogs weren’t coming. But all in all a wonderful place to stay.
