Facilities are generally seen as adequate, with a well-equipped kitchen and good quality bedding and towels. However, some guests have raised concerns about the condition of appliances and heating, and the adequacy of the shower, which affects the score.
Guests have noted thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival. While these gestures are warmly received, it is important to note that such gifts are not guaranteed and may vary with each stay.

We were very warm and comfortable, the cottage is spotless and well equipped for all your needs. The private garden was totally secure, great for our dog to wander without fear of escape. She also loved walking round the surrounding fields in the evening. The valley is full of birds and so peaceful, itâs a truly a lovely place. Only 5 mins from Mullion & the nearest beaches, with lots of places for good food and drink & a well stocked Co-op in the village. Our host was very welcoming and happy to share some tips & recommendations. Great place to stay and explore a lovely part of dog friendly Cornwall.

Only slight criticism is that the carpets need refreshing and the shower didnât stay hot for long. Overall a lovely holiday in a beautiful area.

Very nice for the dogs who could run freely in the nearby area. Recommended, we enjoyed it!
