Could be a nice place if it was better managed, poor business management, not stocking place fully before opening, restaurant not available & pool wasn’t open, have seen in earlier reviews it wasn’t open on other occasions ( maybe an ongoing problem)

Despite the windy weekend we had a fabulous time in our lovely caravan which was clean, spacious and really warm thanks to the central heating! We used the hot tub daily and kids loved the entertainment. Was disappointed with communication between the holiday park and call centre as we checked three times before we left home that everything was ok (as storms has knocked out power etc) and were assured it was but got there to find the pool and restaurant were shut and shop only half full. Understandable given the weather they’d had but a warning of this would’ve been more helpful to manage our kids expectations as they were looking forward to getting into the pool! When it did open it was freezing and although the slide was a highlight for them, the showers were cold and sprayed directly onto the floor so everything got soaked. There wasn’t enough room to change or benches to keep your clothes and towels off the wet floor! We felt the staff were lovely though and they were always very apologetic. We are looking to go back again when it’s a bit warmer (went in February half term!!) to be able to really enjoy all the area has to offer without risk of being blown off a cliff!!!

Customer service was so poor. All staff looked miserable, were not happy to help in any way. Such a shame that it was so obviously the end of the season.
