Estura Cottage is in a great location a few miles from St Ives and Hayle with an array of amazing beaches and places to visit within easy reach. The cottage is comprised of the lower floors of the property Estura, and is the perfect base for exploring some of the best sights amd sounds of Cornwall.

There are three comfortable bedrooms perfect for recharging batteries after a day of sunshine and exploring. The open plan living and dining area is a great space for entertaining spending time together and with access to the enclosed garden meaning the clan can enjoy the sunshine while catching up.

There is a well equipped kitchen, great for showing off your culinary skills and with St Ives easily reached from the nearby train station the eating out options are plentiful indeed. The train line offers a famous journey along the coast and is great way of getting leaving the car at home and still exploring the area.

Whatever you decide to do on holiday, Estura Cottage is a marvellous holiday home which will help make holiday memories for years to come.

Located on the ground floor, this room is open plan in design and flows into the dining area. The room has a lovely central gas fireplace with two sofas, a coffee table, sideboard, tv cabinet with a smart TV and occasional furniture pieces.

Office

Located off the entrance hall on the ground floor this room with two desks and office chairs, affords a lovely and useful space for those guests needing to catch up on their e-mails or work from home

Kitchen

The separate kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of overhead and under counter storage. The range of appliances include an electric, fan-assisted oven and grill, a gas hob, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere

Dining Room/Area

Situated on the ground floor and open plan with the living room, the dining room has a large table with seating for ten. Glass doors access the enclosed garden

Bedroom One - Master Suite

Situated on the first floor with its own en-suite shower room, this bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and a smart TV

Bedroom Two

Situated on the first floor this bright room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror and a freestanding wardrobe

Bedroom Three

Also situated on the first floor this room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror, chest of drawers and an integrated wardrobe

Family Bathroom

Located on the first floor this bathroom has a bath tub with overhead shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, mirror, shaver point and WC

Bathroom Two

The en suite to the Master Bedroom is located on the first floor and features a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, hand basin and cabinet, mirror and WC

Outside

Accessed through the dining room the private courtyard garden with a pergola is completely enclosed and is furnished with deck chairs and a charcoal BBQ. Surfboard / canoe storage available

Parking

Parking for 3 cars to the left-hand side of the front door (when facing the house from the road)

1) On the gravel area (space for 2 cars)

2) To the back of the property just past the gravel area, alongside the single garage which is space for 1 car
