Large enclosed garden with lots of places (tables/chairs) to relax with a drink and good book, and views over fields and sea; masses of parking with space for a boat trailer.
Large living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge-freezer, cooker with ceramic hob), the living area with TV/DVD, woodburner and three pairs of sliding patio doors to the decked terrace (sunshine all day). Three bedrooms – a double with views of the bay, French windows to terrace and en suite shower-room (suite); a twin (TV) with sea views; and another twin (TV/DVD) with French windows to garden and en suite shower-room (suite). Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). Washer-drier in hallway. A light, stylish, modern seaside home, warm and welcoming at any time of year and in an excellent position for walks.
