Previously used as an art studio by a renowned artist, it has been beautifully restored and renovated in 2015. Private, peaceful and relaxing large garden with stone terrace (table/chairs), lawn, shrubs and trees. Tap and hooks for wetsuits.
Entrance through large private gates to front door into utility room (washing machine, tumble drier, table-top freezer) for coats/boots. Two steps up to large fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, larder fridge, electric cooker) with tiled floor and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and garden. Twin bedroom (zip-linkable to 6’ double). Shower-room (wet-room suite). Two steps down to living room with wooden floor and large granite inglenook (woodburner) and TV/DVD. Open tread pine stairs up to first floor and a double bedroom with en suite shower-room (suite) and three windows all looking out to sea and across countryside. A delightful and welcoming cottage, just a few yards from the Coast Path and with fantastic walking from the front door.
