This stylish retreat in Fowey sleeps just two and is conveniently located within easy walking distance to the town centre. The Retreat is a private, ground floor annexe of the owner's home and overlooks a beautiful, abundant garden with a backdrop of superb countryside views. Attractively decorated throughout in a modern style, this welcoming accommodation comprises an open plan living space, bedroom with zip and link beds and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. The bed can be arranged as two singles or joined together as a super kingsize bed making The Retreat a perfect base for a couple or two friends holidaying together.
Size: Sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom.
Beds: 1x super kingsize bed (6' zip and link, can be unlinked to form 3' twin beds upon request at time of booking).
Rooms: Ground floor open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven, two-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box.
Entertainment: Wall-mounted Smart TV.
Outside: Rear garden with seating area down the steps on the righthand side and wonderful countryside views.
Parking: Parking for one car directly outside on private drive.
