This lovely Victorian house also has a fantastic private patio at the front, ideal for enjoying your dinner or a glass of something cold during the summer months.

Fowey is a hugely popular holiday destination and attracts visitors all year round. With boutique shops, picturesque beaches and top rated restaurants, there is plenty for you to explore and discover in this pretty little estuary town. Throughout the year, Fowey hosts some nationally renowned events including the Fowey Regatta, Christmas markets and the Fowey Festival, which see thousands of visitors flock to the town creating an exciting buzz in the air. The famous Eden Project is only a short drive away and is a great day out for the whole family.

garden AND parking: Sunny patio to the front of the property with table and chairs. Additional courtyard to the rear of the property, accessed from the kitchen. There is a spacious garage below the property which will accommodate one large car, plus outdoor equipment such as surf boards, wetsuits, bikes, canoes etc.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Power and Heat: Electricity included in price. Central heating and heated towel rails in bathrooms.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided.

Shop: 0.2 mls Pub: 0.2 mls
