St Catherine’s Court is a fine Victorian residence which has been converted into holiday apartments. It enjoys a prime position overlooking the estuary. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is only a 5-minute walk away, and a 10-minute stroll takes you to the town centre in the opposite direction.
This second floor apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and there are glimpses of the river from the bedroom, and spectacular views over the river, Polruan and out to sea from the large bay window in the living/dining room. The cosy property is centrally heated and has a particularly homely and friendly atmosphere.

This property has some great features, notably the amazing harbour views from the sitting room and the designated parking space. The property is comfortable and quite well equipped. There is generous provision of beach towels, tissues and toilet rolls. The kitchen is small but all appliances are available. There is some updating needed which would really enhance the property. The bathroom is dated. There is an ineffective ‘shower’ attachment on the bath taps for hair washing only. The beds need new mattresses. Prospective guests need to be aware that this is a second floor property therefore there are a lot of stairs to reach the front door!
