Midships - a traditional cottage with stunning river views from the open plan kitchen/lounge/diner and main bedroom. Recently refurbished and like so many Polruan properties there is reversed accommodation. Tastefully decorated and furnished this modern property with its exceptional views will give you hours of pleasure. This is a well-equipped cottage suitable for a family with a travel cot and high chair available for your use.
ground floor-
From the front door a small hallway greets you with doors to a bathroom with a cleverly hidden washer/drier.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom with w/c, hand basin and bath with shower over.
Bedroom 1: A good sized twin-bedded room with bedside table, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
1ST floor-
Open plan Lounge/ Diner/ Kitchen: The main living area, with arguably one of the best views in Polruan. You will find it hard to pull yourself away from the central focus of the room, the ever-changing view of the river. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric hob and oven. TV, DVD, gaming system and wifi.
second floor-
Bedroom 2: The final staircase leads you to the master double bedded room which has an en suite shower room and again that mesmerising view. A king size bed with bed side tables and chest of drawers.
garden AND outside space- Just by the front entrance is a very small terrace but the ideal spot for an early evening glass of wine in the sunshine.
parking- No Private Parking available. Parking is available from the St Saviours and Quay car parks. Weekly tickets can be purchased for both car parks for £25.00.
changeover DAY: Saturday- Arrival 4pm Departure 10am. Flexible changeover can be arranged. Short breaks out of school holidays welcome.
